T-shirts are 6.1oz 100% cotton and come in sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL. These are all Adult sizes.

Silicone wristbands are navy blue and in an adult “large.” Apparently this is a larger size than the traditional bands so it has a looser and more comfortable fit. One side reads, “TRI Harder” and the other side reads “Be A Local Hero”
